What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. When you create an account we also store your order history. If you contact us, we keep that correspondence.
Why we collect it
To take payment, deliver your order, keep you updated about it, and answer your questions. Nothing else.
Who we share it with
Only the courier delivering your parcel, and only the details they need to deliver it. We do not sell, rent or trade your data to anyone.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the shop to work: keeping your cart contents and keeping you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within 30 days. Note that we must retain order records for tax purposes even after account deletion.
